We are proud to offer our "Sleep Assurance" warranty, ensuring that our premium luxury mattresses meet the highest standards of quality and performance. From the moment your new mattress arrives at your home, we guarantee a defect-free product for a period of 15 years. If any issues arise, we are committed to resolving them without any inconvenience to you.
Douce Lune® Mattress 15-Year Warranty
Our company guarantees that your Douce Lune® mattress will be free from any defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of 15 years starting from the date of your original purchase. This warranty applies to every Douce Lune® mattress and includes our exclusive "Fair Exchange Program".
If your Douce Lune® mattress is deemed defective:
During the first 2 years of the Sleep Assurance warranty, Douce Lune® will replace your mattress with a new one at no additional cost.
Fair Exchange Program:
Douce Lune® offers a Fair Exchange Program at your discretion. If your mattress is found to be defective, you have the opportunity to keep your current mattress and have a new one delivered and set up at a discounted price:
During years 3 to 5, you can receive a brand new Douce Lune® mattress for only 40% of the price you originally paid.
From years 6 to 10, you can get a replacement mattress for 60% of the original price you paid.
From years 11 to 15, a replacement mattress can be obtained for 80% of the original price.
A processing fee of €30 will be charged for the delivery of the new mattress. This Fair Exchange Program can only be used once per customer. The replacement mattress must be the same type, size, and comfort level as the original mattress you purchased. It's important to know that this option does not come with a new 300-night home trial, and the replacement mattress is considered a final sale, meaning it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Additional Terms:
The warranty remains valid if the mattress is used on a platform bed with a solid surface or slats spaced less than 10 cm apart, with a center support for 135 cm and larger sizes. For standard frames, the warranty is void if the foundation is not supported by a 5- or 6-legged bed frame for queen or larger sizes. Queen and larger size frames must have a vertical center support. For full or twin size beds, the warranty is valid with the use of a 4-legged metal frame.
The warranty becomes void if the mattress has been stained, burned, or otherwise abused, damaged, or tampered with. The Douce Lune® warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
Our premium sleep product contains only the finest quality materials to provide the most optimum sleep comfort. As with all premium sleep products, certain body impressions and adaptations will occur as the mattress conforms to your individual body shape. This is a normal occurrence and is part of the performance of your mattress. Body impressions exceeding 5 cm are covered by the warranty.
