For efficiency, each item is shipped individually, we make every effort to ensure they arrive at the same time, but we know this is not always the case.

This will depend a little on the country you are in, our turnaround time is usually 5 business days and we can ship to most countries in Europe within 2-3 business days.

Your mattress can stay in the box for up to 90 days without losing its properties.
That said, we still recommend releasing it early and enjoying your new sleeping experience right away!
Simply unpack it and spread the compressed mattress onto your bed frame. Carefully open the plastic to release the vacuum seal. Once all packaging is removed, sit back and watch your Douce Lune® take shape.
Your Douce Lune® mattress will be ready for sweet dreams in just six to eight hours after unboxing. Although it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the mattress to reach its majestic height, you will feel the Douce Lune® difference from the first night.
Of course, we give the following recommendations:
- Machine wash cover at max 40 °C using mild detergent.
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
- Air dry preferred or use low heat setting in the dryer.
- Iron on low heat only if necessary.
