Delivery Policies

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders to most countries in the European Union. Availability of free delivery to a specific region will be confirmed during the checkout process.

We do everything we can to deliver to you as efficiently as possible. However, for convenience, each item in your order is shipped individually.

This method allows us to ensure the fastest possible delivery for each item. Although we do our best to ensure that all of your items arrive at the same time, it may happen that they arrive at different times.

Once the order is confirmed, each item is quickly sent to bring comfort and softness to your home.

With great care, we prepare our mattresses for their journey to your home. To ensure easy handling during transport, we vacuum seal them and roll them gently.

But don't worry, once opened, your mattress will return to its original shape, ready to give you a soft and restorative night's sleep.

Your comfort is our priority. We offer an extended 100-night trial period on our mattresses to help you ensure you've made the right choice.

Please note, however, that it may take a few weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress, so we recommend giving it some time before making a decision.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase during the trial period, please contact our customer service who will guide you through the returns process.

Once the return has been validated and the mattress has been collected, a refund will be made to your original payment method

The returned mattress must be in giveable condition, which means it must be free of any physical damage or stains.

We recommend the use of a mattress protector to keep it in good condition during the trial period

Reserved for one offer per household. This opportunity cannot be exchanged for another size or model.
