We are delighted to offer free delivery on all orders over €40 to most countries in the European Union. Availability of free delivery to a specific region will be confirmed during the checkout process.
Delivery method
We do everything we can to deliver to you as efficiently as possible. However, for convenience, each item in your order is shipped individually.
This method allows us to ensure the fastest possible delivery for each item. Although we do our best to ensure that all of your items arrive at the same time, there may be times when they arrive at different times.
Once the order is confirmed, each item is quickly sent to bring comfort and softness to your home.
Preparation and delivery
With great care, we prepare our products for their journey to your home. Concerning the mattresses, not delivered flat, to guarantee easy handling during transport, we vacuum seal them and roll them gently.
But don't worry, once opened, your mattress will return to its original shape, ready to give you a soft and restorative night's sleep.
Trial nights
Your comfort is our priority. We offer up to 30 night trials on our collection to help you ensure you've made the right choice.
As part of our returns policy, it is important to note that return conditions may vary depending on the product. We invite you to carefully consult the specific return policy mentioned on the page of each product in order to inform you of the terms applicable to your purchase.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase during the trial period, please contact our customer service who will guide you through the returns process.
Once the return has been validated and the product has been collected, a refund will be made to your original payment method
Return condition
The returned product must be in giveable condition, which means it must be free of any physical damage or stains.
For mattresses, we recommend the use of a mattress protector to keep it in good condition during the trial period.
